Air Conditioning Systems

Designing an effective and efficient air conditioning system is a process that requires a strategic approach, technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the needs of the environment and users. In a context where energy efficiency and resource optimization have become fundamental priorities, careful balancing between thermal comfort, energy consumption and environmental impact is important.

HEATING SYSTEMS
Autonomous or centralized heating systems with air or water production and distribution of the fluid using traditional generators, condensing boilers, hybrid systems and heat pumps.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
split systems with refrigerant gas (monosplit, multisplit, variable refrigerant volume VRV)
hydronic systems with fan coils and air ducts hydronic floor systems with dehumidification

AIR SYSTEMS
Air-operated heating and air conditioning systems; with single flow and double flow controlled mechanical ventilation systems.
Air distribution systems.

WATER SYSTEMS
Water plants, sanitary and water treatment systems, purification and filtering, softening, algae elimination, anti-legionella. Fresh water and black water drainage systems and waste water lifting systems

The Eng. Micheletti Technical Studio makes its many years of consolidated experience available to customers in relation to the design of electricity transformation, transport, distribution and use systems for the following sectors:

The Technical Studio specializes in the design of special systems:

The Technical Office carries out measurements and tests on electrical systems, in particular:

  • earth measurements with Volt-Amperometric method
  • earth measurements with the fault loop impedance method
  • continuity measurements of equipotential connections
  • tests on RCDs
  • measurement of harmonic currents
  • insulation tests
  • measurements and lighting calculations.
     

The designers have the most efficient calculation software at their disposal and are constantly updated on a technical level, by participating in specialist courses, and on a regulatory level, through scrupulous observance of the evolution of the sector.

Energy Design

Energy design is a new technical area that deals with optimizing energy consumption, internal comfort, sustainability and the environment of buildings. This discipline applies both to new constructions and to energy requalification interventions on existing buildings.

In new buildings, energy design aims to create adequate insulation to guarantee an energy performance compliant with the minimum parameters established by law, based on the shape, volume and climate zone of the building. Superior energy performance translates into a higher energy class, certified at the end of construction.

In energy requalification interventions, energy design has the aim of improving the energy efficiency of existing buildings, with economic, environmental and market advantages. In fact, a more efficient building requires less energy for comfort, has a higher value on the market, reduces emissions and environmental impact. Furthermore, tax breaks allow you to recover part of the initial expense and amortize the cost of the interventions.
Energy requalification therefore concerns interventions on existing buildings carried out to increase their level of energy efficiency. Today, all energy redevelopment interventions enjoy various tax breaks, recognized for:

  • Thermal improvement of the building (insulation of walls, floors, roofs and fixtures)
  • Installation of solar thermal panels, replacement of air conditioning systems with condensing boilers or heat pumps
  • Works to reduce energy requirements for heating
  • Purchase and installation of solar shading


Tax breaks consist of the deduction from Irpef or Ires of a percentage of the expenses incurred.
